All stylists at Jul’s Studios go through the Jul’s Studios Training. This includes:
Thorough product knowledge, understanding the technique of round brush blow drying, attending at least three advanced class sessions in Cut and Color, learning the types of hair textures and knowing the right type of products for each type of hair texture.

Having the right information is critical to the success of any business. To this end, Jul's Studios uses an integrated database application to track appointments, store client information and record point of sale services. Furthermore, the database can be used to track inventory levels, client retention, store, and track vendor-related activities as well as be used as a General Ledger. The database and its tracking capabilities has been an important piece to the success of Jul's Studios. It was created by George Mills-Lutterodt and fellow IT partner, Thomas Rulon, using the Microsoft Access application.
